Abandon all CTFESI.

Perfectly good flavum just cm away.

If complication rate is 1 : 1000000 and results in paralysis or death then risk unacceptable with ability to go interlaminar and not have that risk.

Sticking the cord is a skill deficiency. Sticking the vert or radiculomedullary is not skill dependent. It is impossible to avoid if going ctfesi in the wrong patient.
