Hello everyone ..
I am having some difficulty preparing the palatal cusps of maxillary molars using indirect vision .
I'm left handed and my biggest challenge is preparing the palatal cusps of Maxillary left molars .
Any helpful tips ?
Thanks a lot .

This is probably no better than advice from a row instructor, but...

If you are talking about right maxillary molars
Sit at 12-1 o'clock
Have the patient inclined supine and turn slightly to the left
Hold the mirror about 2 inches away to avoid water spray and I usually have light reflect off the mirror onto the tooth rather than try to get the light on the tooth directly.

But to be honest, a lot of times, can't you just use mostly direct vision by have the patient turn correctly and sitting in the right position. I'm not sure what kind of prep you are talking about doing on the cusps either.
