From everything I hear from physicians they tell me: "Make sure you have come away with some practicable/usable."
After 10 years you'll be wondering if medicine is still what you want, 20 years you'll be looking for excuses to get to work everyday, 30 years...
So when choosing a field, they tell me to look for something that you can take to other places. Such as if you want to go overseas, etc.. search for fulfillment.
