What happened? Were they pillorying pharmcy students in Civic Center again? Don't worry that only happens once a year and selection is by lottery. 😱
Or did someone who happened to be from Denver make a fool of themselves on a show tailor-made for people to make fools of themselves on?
I got an invitation BTW. I'm quite happy. It'll be my first.

E-mail... They should be sending it to people right now since the priority spaces for the interview will be given if you request the interview date before January 26th. After January 26th, the reservations will be on a first-come basis.
I just emailed them and they told me that not all letters have been email out yet and that they also email rejection letters.
I also got an interview invite email on the 23rd. I believe that the rest of the interview invites will be coming out within the week.
Has anyone heard anything else about interviews besides the first wave of people on Monday?

Still nothing here.
I wouldn't freak out too much about it. I wouldn't be shocked if they sent out more interview invitations after a round or two of interviews.
I know a few people who recieved rejection letters via email last Friday. But I have not heard anything. Anyone else get an invite/rejection in the last 2 days?
I wonder if they sent out all the rejections out already and are now just doing waves of interviews?da---realist said:I know a few people who recieved rejection letters via email last Friday. But I have not heard anything. Anyone else get an invite/rejection in the last 2 days?
I had my interview with them over the weekend, and I got the impression that there would probably be more letters. This past weekend was the first weekend of interviews, and they go on until march sometime. They made it sound like things were running kind of slowly this year since they recieved ~1600 applications and there are planning on doing ~300 interviews.

I wish it was that many. They said they would accept 130.

Anyone had interview recently and had a discussion session as part of the invitation? I am wondering what it is like, and what kind of discussion did you have? How many people are usually involved? Are you gonna be like inside a room with a large mirror (interrogation style) with the evaluator behind the mirror? Hehe.. ;p
The group exercise isn't bad. Your in groups of ~5 people. They give you a list of pharmacist/work place qualities and you have to rank them individually, then as a group. When you rank them as a group you all have to agree on the order because one person can object to the ordering. That said, don't stress about it. It didn't look like any groups on my interview day had a problem. They are mostly just looking to make sure you can deal with people.
