Hey people i`m a final year med student from nigeria i`m gonna graduate soon i`ve really got my heart set on working in the carribbean preferably grenada but icant seem to find any information online or otherwise on how to go about it please i need thoughts advice, links,anything

You might try contacting St. George's University directly. If you call the Bayshore, NY office (1-800-899-6337), they would be able to get you in contact with someone on the Grenada campus who could help you.
