I'd not heard of this school but it is LCME accredited which I see as a plus. It may be a good choice if you want to practice medicine in Puerto Rico.

I am from US so this would be just like any other Caribbean?
I think it's more like another Puerto Rican program, which is considered a US program, unlike most Caribbean schools. It's still a bit unclear as the other Ponce programs are LCME accredited, but this campus is not. They do require the MCAT for US applicants... it does seem to be amenable for US international students.

Skip it. If you speak fluent Spanish, you can consider the 4 Puerto Rican AMCAS schools instead.
Not on their website. The US and PR campuses are LCME accredited, but BVI is ACCM accredited.

We are talking about the British Virgin Islands, so it is part of the UK, right? I don't think LCME would be appropriate as the accreditor. (LCME only accredits US and Canadian programs.)
I agree that until we see more about how Ponce is going to recruit for this campus and answer questions whether those students attending that program would be considered IMG's (because I think they would), go to PR or St. Louis.
