Informal extracurriculars

Howdy everyone,

I was wondering if you are supposed to put relatively informal extracurriculars in the experiences section of the aadsas. For example, I was in a band for a few years in college, which actually required some leadership ability and other skills. However, this wasn't really an experience associated with any organizations or clubs and it involved indiscriminate amounts of hours. Is this not something that should go in this section?

The experience section isn't just for activities you've done as part of your universities clubs organizations, it can also be hobbies that you put a lot of time in the work into. You might also be able to categorize it as a employment if you get gigs with your band.
