Informal Post-Bac at NIH?

Hey guys, I am working at the NIH and I was planning on taking classes through FAES or at a CC in upper level bio to raise my BCPM/cumm GPA. If anyone who has applied through AMCAS and taken FAES classes, could you comment as to whether or not these are calculated in your GPA? Or are they simply for interest? Has anyone done their own informal post bac at the NIH and had some stellar and/or "easy A" science classes that they would suggest. Thanks.
