informal post bac OR a second degree?

Hey everyone, I have a question. I'm graduating this Spring with a BA in psychology, cum. gpa around 3.25, sci gpa around 3.6. So, upon gradation, I was going to informally take some extra bio classes to boost up the gpa. However, I noticed that at a local state school near my house, I would actually be able to end up with a BS in biology after just one year, due to the science courses I've already taken. Soooo, do you guys think I should do an informal post bac program or go to the state school and get a second degree? Thanks for your time!! 🙂

I would just take the classes. There's no point in going for the second bachelors unless you really want it. The degree won't help your app if that's what you're asking.
