Infosource Problem

When I log in, it gives me "have problem accessing your data please call ###-####" ever since I submitted my application. I already received my confirmation sheet. And that phone number doesn't WORK!!!

Does anyone have the same problem? What's causing this?
I didn't have this problem last cycle...

Will it be activated when each school process mine?
 
I have run into that same problem, I too have received my aadsas info. sheet. Its the dental schools which update the database with information pertaining to your file, so I'm thinking the dental schools first have to have received your aadsas application and begin processing before you are able to access infosource.

If you notice the AADSAS website you'll notice that greyed out it saids something like: "2005 Infosouce coming soon..." so I don't think it has been activated yet for this year. I also would like to log on and check my status.. it's frustrating. I bet this will be up and running in a month or so, but I hope it's in less time. I just think that d-schools have their work cut out for them right now and they don't have time to update infosource.
 
It has been activated, though AADSAS is slow updating info on their end. Click on the Infosource 2004 link on adea's website and you will be directed to a screen that has you select either the 2004 or 2005 cycle. Your username and password are the same ones that you used to set up your AADSAS application.

In regards to the telephone number, I too had that happen about a month ago. Mine had the form (202) xxx - xxxx and when I called it was contected to a nice secretary that placed me into a very short queue to speak to an AADSAS csr. I could never get through on the 1-800 number so no I always call that number, ask for customer service, wait for a minute or two, and then I am connected to a live person. If any of you have this number, try it if you are having trouble getting through.
 
I have the same problem as well. I only recently received my confirmation packet from AADSAS, and my number is in the 900s. I think it takes a while for the schools to receive our apps from AADSAS, and it is the schools that update infosource. Infosource is only updated on Fridays, so hopefully something will pop up in a day! Although I haven't been able to use infosource yet, I just found out today that Loma Linda has received my application...I received a confirmation email. If only I knew anything about the other 9 schools I applied to...
 
finally, I can log in to Infosource...

I guess we need more patience...
 
Some sch may not send info back to infosource.
Some sch like UOP has their own system.
Though updating once a wk for 7000 applicants, aadsas is doing a great job.
