is it useful to use infosource in ADEA website?
I submitted my application on July 3
the infosource showed only a couple of schools updated my app.

not all schools update infosource. the good news is now you know your application has been sent to all the schools. Maybe in a wk or so, u will get secondaries.
btw, have u taken ur dat yet?

ecodesit is right. There is a link on infosource to a list of schools that update, and it's pretty short.

Some schools will post the interview intive there before you get it in the mail (like BU, Intiana, Tufts and others) so it is good to check it often.

about how long after submitting my AADSAS app will it show up on infosource? I submitted on thursday, July 22.

I can't remember exact dates, but I know that the schools had recieved my application about a month before it showed up as being sent out by AADSAS on infosource. One school posted that they had sent out a secondary before AADSAS even showed that they had sent it.

To date I have recieved 4 or 5 secondaries and only two are posted on infosource as being sent out.

My overall opinion is that infosource is pretty useless!

I agree! Only a few schools are actually consistently updating....but check it every so often 😛
