What would you say is dose tolerance of the groin in curative setting (vulvar cancer with inguinal mets, for example). I don't feel comfortable going > 64.8 Gy due to femoral nerve.

What would you say is dose tolerance of the groin in curative setting (vulvar cancer with inguinal mets, for example). I don't feel comfortable going > 64.8 Gy due to femoral nerve.

I'd probably go to 59.4, as high as in anal.
