Despite exubera's failure a while ago, mannkind has just completed phase 3 trials, with results pending. This would certainly be interesting. Approval was rejected on grounds that the delivery system was ineffective some years ago. This drug sounds like it'd be a game changer...if approved. IF.

I got in last year at $2.21 and the current PPS is $7.32. I sold half my position last month for a handsome profit. I think the trial results will be positive, but I'll sell the rest of my position before then since I'm not trying to be greedy. I'd recommend buying soon since the upside potential is shrinking by the week.
