What are some tips on giving a good "painless" or "easy" SQ shot, say for allergy shots.
I just a got a job as an injectiontists and everybody says that I hurt them!!

Use a new (sharp) needle on each patient! 😀

Gently pinch some skin up and shoot in there.

Do it like a darting motion. Quick and painless. The slower you do it, the more it hurts. There will always be some patients that complain, but dont worry, they usually say "that's it?".
