UoP requires
2 semesters of inorganic chem-is that the same as general chem?

and what does this mean?
In each term, three of the four courses should be predental science courses approved for biology majors.

im a chem major so majority of my schedule are my chem classes i need to graduate-and i take night classes at cc for my bio pre-reqs/4 semesters for d-school. should i just be a bio major? will they look down on me if majority of my schedule is more chem? (even though my pre-reqs will be done)

Yup, gchem = inochem

No it doesn't matter, many people apply to D school as chem majors. If you enjoy it, stick with it.

On a side note, learn to use the search function, this question has been asked many times before.
