Anyone here really happy with their billers? Mine have been ok but I'm thinking about switching for a number of reasons.
I like things simple/easy, and reliable (who doesn't?). Switching seems like a huge hassle as there are all sorts of log-ins/insurance/MIPS info that would need to be handed over, current state of charges to hand over, etc. But if there are any great biller companies/solo billers out there perhaps it's worth the jump.

They do need to be friendly/friendly-enough with patients.
