Inpatient Hospital Pharmacy Hours - Schedule related question

I just got a job at a inpatient pharmacy at a nearby hospital. I wanted to take one or two classes while I work full time there.
can you guys tell me if there is any flexibility around the schedule? If I tell them I plan on taking 1-2 class while I work full time, do you think they will try to work around my schedule?

That is completely dependent on the hospital and class schedule.
