The reason I am posting is I am worried about my GPA and being able to get in to a top tier school. I wanted to get some input especially on the upper tier schools on my list, if I don't have a chance at them, I don't want to waste more money than I have to. This process is going to kill my bank account as is, any exacerbation of the problem is just bad news. So if you have any input on schools, please let me know!

top tier schools are kinda out of the question with that gpa... even the lower tier is shaky.

I think you have a good chance of an acceptance somewhere.

I'd add MSU CHM and COM

That gpa is a little shaky. However, I believe that if you apply smart (ie, you are within 1 std of their gpa and mcat means) then I think you would maximize your chance at success.

I strongly suggest adding: Virginia Commonwealth, Univ of Toledo, & Univ of Cincinnati
