Any and all input would be much appreciated at this point. I'm willing to apply to all of these, but for financial reasons, it might be prudent to trim the list a bit.

That looks like a pretty good list for you. I'd cut out Rush and Kentucky if you want to eliminate some schools. They aren't really OOS friendly.
