Inquiry on Reporting Cross-Listed Courses

I'm looking to fulfill the English requirement of several schools. I've taken several courses through the Theater Department that are also cross-listed with the English department. On my official transcript, these courses appear under the Theater course title because that's what I originally registered under. These courses had the same students, the only difference is who selected which department when registering. How do I make sure that dental schools are able to recognize that these "Theater" courses on my transcript are also English courses?

Call up and ask each school you're applying to

There's an option to list the course as an English credit on AADSAS. Any discrepancies should be notified to the school. Usually they'll know it's an English class especially if the course is called that.
