Had a question that I'm kinda confused about:
Pt is taking warfarin and his INR is 2.0-3.0, then takes a medication that inhibits CYP450 enzymes- is warfarin medication isn't adjusted and a few weeks later his INR is 1.2;
Doesn't this mean he's clotting faster since his INR is lower which I can't wrap my head around given the fact that his warfarin metabolism is decreased . This was one of the UWSA questions
