just want to double check...

i got an alcohol violation sophomore year for being at a house with alcohol...i'll spare the details but what happened was i wrote an essay but didn't get a disciplinary record or official institutional action. my school and other people i talked to said i dont have to disclose...so any outside input?

I have several friends who applied to medical school last cycle who also got written up for alcohol infractions. They all marked NO, and have been doing just fine. OP do not shoot yourself in the foot with this one. I would mark NO for sure. If you got caught for academic dishonesty/cheating then it would be a different story...
