Institutional Action?

Hi everyone, I have a quick question about institutional action.

When I was a sophomore, I was a resident assistant (RA) for one of the residence halls on campus. I violated a visitation policy and ended up being fired from my position. Is this considered institutional action? I don't think it is on my transcripts.
