At the beginning of my sophomore year, I was accused of sexual assault against one of my good friends by her friends. She insisted that I did not do what they said I did, but nevertheless, an investigation by my school's Academic Affairs commenced the following semester after one of her friends sent an email to them. We were both interviewed as well as many others who were loosely involved, and I was ultimately exonerated. No other action besides this investigation as well as an interrogation by Public Safety when it first occurred was taken. Does this count as Institutional Action that I need to report?
