INTEC is a Medical school in the Dominican Republic( and one of the best) you would have more luck on the Latin American thread.
for the interview, I don't know what to expect from Intec tobh because I didn't go there, but my friends when they applied as Dominicans did not get an iv, they deposited and if called. they chose their careers after the exam and got a schedule for the trimester.
Hope someone can shed some more light on this for you and calm your anxiety.

Good luck!

If OP is interested in practicing in the US, I think she should know that in 30 years of participation in residency admissions I have never heard of it.

Of course first and foremost Op must have looked into going to USA do or md school whatever it takes before considering going abroad.
You may not remember Instituto Tecnologico de Santo Domingo( Intec) it's a hard university and one of the best in the dr, even recognized by California smb, but it is a small one, and not an easy or popular choice for people to just study medicine, but I can see on my linked in account right now( just counted )18 graduates that did residency In USA.
It's a small and more elite school so most graduates stay around, it's very likely you never heard of it.
Have you heard of any Dominican school in your residency apps besides UNIBE?

None, including UNIBE.

Darn. Not sure if you are serious or trolling...
Or maybe your program is either the best in the country, or somewhere in a small town in Wyoming...

I could be mistaken, but I am pretty sure that UNIBE and INTEC are regional Caribbean medical schools. I.e. not the offshore schools which mostly train U.S. citizens with the intention of returning to the practice in the States. These schools likely supply the local physicians in their country. Just by the full names, I am not right away certain if there is even an English curriculum at these schools.

OP are you aiming to practice in the US? Are you even considering it? If so listen to gyngyn's advice.

If not, then I agree with tartesos, you may want to post in the Latin America section since this one appears to be mostly focused on offshore Caribbean schools.

Yes, those are both schools for the Dominican Republic but unibe does have an English curriculum and trains a lot of us students( not even close to the other ones).

Op must do whatever it takes to get Into school in the us MD or DO.

If he's settled on going abroad, InTEC is one of the best and academically rigorous schools back in DR( my home country btw).
