this information takes a while to get to via freida (http://www.ama-assn.org/ama/pub/category/2997.html), there are a lot of plastics programs and whether they are integrated or fellowship programs is not clearly spelled out. you have to go to the programs web site and read up a bit.

why not get a list going? it would save a lot of people some time, it would be helpful. geez, shocking, wanting to help out a bit . . .

(i have not looked at it in a while, it is missing some regions that i am not really interested in, ie the south, and there may be some errors, but feel free to add programs and correct things)
