Interactions with AACOMA

Every time I call AACOMA, either about my transcript, MCAT or fee waiver, they are VERY rude. Even though, AAMC is evil and we all hate them, when you call the AMCAS help life, they are nice and pleasant to talk to. Anyone else had bad experiences with AACOMA customer service?

I called them 2 weeks ago to ask a question about when the earliest time one could send in transcripts for this coming cycle was, and everyone I talked to was awesome and very helpful.
