Hi still confused about a couple of things with Intercom Plus

1. what is the sequence of steps from F2 screen to get detailed info for customer on why their prescription was not covered? I know about the little yellow notebook and the the "exceptions" button but sometimes when I click them there is nothing there. There are a few more little steps I need to do but when someone shows me they are always going too fast.

2.How do I try to fix a TPR?
