Does anyone know what the interest rate is for the Unsub. Stafford for the 2002-2003 school year? Has it even been set yet? Thanks for your help.

The interest rate for stafford loans has not yet been determined. Interest rates are recalculated on July 1 each year. There was an article on Usatoday.com ,yesterday, reporting that interest rates may drop to around 4%. It doesn't get much better than that! If your interested here's the link:
