I am interested in neuro and have just started my rotation in it during my 3rd year. unfortunately at the hospital that I am at...it does not seem to be very busy and the attending is barely there to round on patients and I feel as if i am not getting the full scope that I should be. If anyone out there can reccomend a really good/solid place where I can do a Neuro elective I will highly appreciate it

sure, go to any these top 5 places where there are lots of elective position for visiting med students. These places are very very busy, and I can promise you that you will have a heck of time during your 4wk-1month rotation there. Oh, and the bonus is if you do well on the rotation, you would get a courtesy interview. It, in itself, guarantees nothing, but it does give you an advantage over >90% applicants as only a few interviews are granted each year.
