I noticed that a number ofyou had questions about UMSL school of optometry. I heard that UM-St. louis is having a pre-optometry workshop on May 31st. A friend of mine who went to one of these last year found it very helpful.

I will be starting at UMSL next fall. I'm excited to get started. One of the main reasons I chose UMSL is because of their small class size (~ 44). With being a Kansas resident, I was also able to get a state contract seat and will pay resident tuition, which is a big plus. Everyone at the school seems very glad to be there and eager to answer any questions. Dr. Bennett is especially nice. It's nice to know someone else on SDN is interested in UMSL.
