Interesting LECOM email

Hey guys, so i got this email from LECOM-Erie today. This was the whole email, with no greetings or friendly salutations and all in caps.

"PLEASE NOTE THE ADMISSIONS COMMITTEE CANNOT MAKE A DECISION ON YOUR FILE UNTIL ALL LTRS OF REC ARE RECEIVED. WE HAVE NOT AS YET RECEIVED ANY OF THEM. AS SOON AS WE DO RECEIVE THE LETTERS THE COMMITTEE WILL REVIEW YOUR FILE AND YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THE DECISION. ELAINE MORSE, ADMISSIONS COORDINATOR"

Im awaiting on one professor to send out a packet with everything from my undergrad institution. It should be out on monday. I was thinking of calling or emailing Mrs. Morse back and talking to her; thoughts?

Yeah if I were you I would go ahead and call or email her and tell them you are waiting for the prof to get it in. I think this would be courteous of you to let them know it will be getting in soon. On the other hand they can't do anything until it is in and telling them its late may not do anything. As the e-mail said until its in they can't do squat.

Just email Elaine to let her know your status on the packet. That way she knows you are working on the problem. They are used to this kind of thing. Don't worry about it, but the sooner the better for you on the interview road.
