Hi, so I read the FAQ by Glimmer1991 (http://forums.studentdoctor.net/threads/aadsas-faq-compilation.1020426/#post-14255029) and wanted to know if anyone has tried using Interfolio's electronic delivery? Do I just put the custom interfolio email address for each LOR when I fill out the matching LOR form on AADSAS? If not, I'm not sure what address to put for the paper delivery for the matching forms. Help appreciated!

AADSAS says you have to do a paper delivery--I didn't just make that up.

Q: Can I submit my letters of evaluation for my ADEA AADSAS application via Interfolio?
A: Yes. Applicants MUST list letters being provided to ADEA AADSAS by Interfolio as paper letters on their ADEA AADSAS application. Interfolio then delivers letters of recommendation electronically to ADEA AADSAS. We encourage you to include the the Letter of Evaluation Matching Form with each letter for faster processing. Upon receipt from Interfolio, materials are printed out by ADEA AADSAS in order to be added to your ADEA AADSAS application. There is no electronic link for Interfolio to upload the letter directly into your ADEA AADSAS application. Please note that this process will typically take no more than 5-7 business days to complete.

Ah okay, Thanks. I was just confused cause I noticed interfolio saying they have custom emails made for electronic applications, so thought I'd bring it up incase anyone else was curious too aha. Appreciate the clarification Glimmer!

sorry for the hijack, but don't we just put the LOE writer's email on the application and they send the link to the LOE writer and they copy and paste it on there and voila?

This is about sending letters from Interfolio to AADSAS. 🙂

Use paper and just have them mail it into interfolio. But since the cycle is open, you may want to see if they'll send once into AADSAS and one into interfolio to expedite the process yet save one for next cycle, it if comes to that.

If you haven't requested your LORs yet disregard this comment. If you already have your LORs uploaded to Interfolio, these are the instructions from Interfolio on how to procede. It does not address AADSAS specifically, but it is for sending letters electronically to an application service like AADSAS. You can also put your AADSAS ID number on Interfolio when you send the documents. I believe you would check paper, and put the Interfolio specific (in the instructions) email in the box. I'm about to do mine.....guess I will be the guinea pig and see if it works.
