Interfolio Help

Hey guys,

I just purchased a 1-year account with interfolio. I figure it's the only way I can submit my LORs to TMDSAS with the primary... and osteopathic schools' secondaries without having to bother my committee adviser to keep mailing letters for me lol.

Anyway... quick question. I'm ready to request my committee letter. I click the documents button, etc. etc... anyway, I'm wondering how does the committee writer know the address of interfolio? It says "Fullfilment instructions on how to complete this request will appear under your message", I just wish I could see what it says!! lol. Does it give information on how to mail it to interfolio, with my account information?

Also... are there any other features I have to utilize for my LORs to be sent correctly? Do I have to do anything with a digital signature? Or is that just for a letter writer?

Are you emailing or printing the request form and giving it to them?

I think you may not be able to see the actual request form if you are emailing it to the letter writer direct from Interfolio, but I don't remember for sure. I do know that after you initiate the request you can click on a pdf that they will get. It has instructions for the letter writer on how to upload or mail their letter. It has a barcode on it and they need to include the letter if mailing.

If you just choose the option that you want to print the request yourself, you will see the pdf right away. You could still just email that to your committee as an attachment. That's the way I did it.
