Interfolio problem

Hi guys,

I submitted my Interfolio requests to AACOMAS today and received emails that Interfolio cancelled my requests because they said questions such as "are you or someone on the letter writing committee a DO or DO/PhD?" needed to be answered. They also said that we can "only bypass these questions if there is specifically an "N/A" option..."

Has anyone else had to deal with this? Thanks.

No I did not get a response yet but someone in the other thread stated that they called AACOMAS and that they're working on a solution.

I requested 6 letters of evaluation delivery from Interfolio to AACOMAS but they could not deliver because AACOMAS is requiring supplemental questions to be answered in addition to the letter upload but none of the 10 schools I applied to had any supplemental questions to be answered, so I am not sure what exactly is the problem.

Also, AACOMAS system doesn't allow me to enter new MCAT score(3 digits). It can accept only up to 2 digits.

This "supplement" info didn't happen last year. Is this a new rule??

First time applicant. Some schools have secondary questions to go with primary e.g. UNECOM, LMU.
I have not even applied to them yet so I am not sure why my letters can't be delivered.
Hopefully AACOMAS will reply soon.

I noticed that too, but you don't have to enter the scores yourself. Just have them sent from AAMC (https://magoosh.com/mcat/how-do-i-send-my-mcat-score-report/).
