One of my professors hasn't submitted his letter yet. Could I somehow submit the app before he submits it? I'm doing my LOR's via interfolio. Is this possible? I already sent him the link but he hasn't upload the letter yet.

You can submit before he puts his letter up. However, after you submit and once he puts the letter in, you'll have to go back in to AADSAS and add the letter, which is quite easy. You can add letters after you have submitted. However, you cannot send a letter without a letter already being in Interfolio.
