On the print out sheet that I give to my letter writers, I forgot to sign them. Is this important? On one, I already have an LOR in my portfolio ready to be sent, should I contact them and tell them that I forgot to sign that sheet, or once its in my account, does it even matter?

I've already got two letters w/out my signature on that sheet...I had to send them via e-mail, as that's what the letter writers wanted. Interfolio has accepted both. If worst comes to worst, call interfolio and give them a verbal over the phone. You may be able to send something in saying that you forgot to sign them, but understand what is stated on the sheet.
