Once all the LORs are uploaded in my account, would I be able to pick specific letters to be send out to the schools or does interfolio require all LORs in my file to be sent out at the same time?

You send them all to AMCAS, where you then designate which schools you want them sent to.

i will also be applying via AACOMAS which doesn't accept LORs. Hence, students have to send LORs to individual schools.

When you send (a) letter(s) to a location, you can pick which ones to send. A packet of 6 pages or so is a flat rate. You can pick whichever letters you want to be in that packet which gets sent to schools.
