I used Interfolio and was very happy with it. It was great just having a central place to have all the letters. You get one copy sent to them and they can distribute that letter to all the schools you are applying to. I don't know if you are applying to both MD and DO programs, but most of the MD programs I applied to were set up for secure electronic delivery, only about half of the DO schools were, the rest had to be sent snail mail. But in general it was very easy and you can keep track of when they are delivered. I had a couple schools that said my app wasn't complete b/c I was missing a LOR or two and I was able to tell them exactly when they were sent and recieved by the schools. They went back, looked, and sure enough found them. I can almost garauntee this will happen to you at least once, stay on top of your apps. Good luck!!

Interfolio for LOIs? I don't think that makes any sense. It'll take longer to send a letter to the service and then have the service electronically forward it to a school, than it would take to send the letter directly to the school.

Yeah, for LORs its good, so you can keep them for multiple schools. But for your LOI, you are writing it, so it doesnt have to be confidential and all that, so I would just send it yourself. Much easier.
