Interfolio with new AACOMAS application question?

I am applying this year but I have my LOR's already in my Interfolio Dossier. I understand the process to get them transferred over to the new AACOMAS evaluations section, but I was wondering if all schools still accepted the letters directly from Interfolio?

I want to submit my application today but I am going to try and get the date on some of my LOR's updated to 2015 (helps according to an admission's rep I spoke with) so I was wondering if it would be smarter to just go ahead and submit with no evaluations in AACOMAS and have them sent through Interfolio or if it would be better to wait and suffer through the process of getting the letters sent to AACOMAS and praying they are accepted in a timely fashion?
