What do I need to provide my pre-med committee with so that they upload my letter to inter folio? Just the AACOMAS ID# and let them know that I want them uploaded to inter folio?

Go on interfolio and click 'request letter' and just print out the page

You can add your AACOMAS/AMCAS ID by adding to your Interfolio account (Account Settings -> Personal Info -> Edit Info)

I can't seem to find the "request letter" form. All I see is stuff about writing letters and uploading them myself.

You need to pay the $19 and upgrade to the dossier account.
