Hey guys,

I was wondering if there was a comprehensive set of directions I could print out for my evaluators regarding how to use the interfolio.

Also, when should I ask to have my letter by? A week before the cycle opens?

They'll get the directions in the email they get. None of my letter writers had any problem.

Second the no issues using interfolio, the email request contains instructions. Don't ask for a letter so late, it will likely slip your prof's mind and then they will write it in 10 minutes once you send them a reminder right before it is due. Ask for it during a lull between exams, in person. Give them 2 weeks so it just get's done and doesn't escape their mind - and their memory of you will stay fresh.

I'll be using a committee letter, so the sooner I can get them to submit, the less I had to worry about my committee delaying my application
