Is there a min/ max amount of hours you can work as an intern? Like could I even work 40hrs during the summer if i wanted to/ my employer allowed it?

I worked 70hrs in a week a few times over the summer, but I think my BOP would only take 50 max in a week.

Depends on state. My state only accepts X hours to be worked DURING school year, and Y hours during breaks.

In reality in PA, they would never know. You sign for x hours from date A to Date B.
