Intern Year Time Off

Hi I am thinking about getting married during my intern year, however both me and my girl are going to be intern her rads and me anesth... do you think it would be difficult to get the same week off if we tell them as soon as we match... we would need a wk off in oct or novem... are most programs flexible if we tell them early enough????

I know this is very subjuctive but any help would give us an idea...
