OK so I study one section of IM--e.g. Cardiology.

I now want to do some USMLE 3 style cardiology questions.

My problem is that whenever I check out the study books I got, they don't section the questions. They either have them all randomized (all subjects) or have it broken down by subject, but not by the specific sub-subjects. E.g IM, Ob-Gyn, Psychiatry, Surgery.

So I'm wasting too much of my time just finding Cardio questions in the IM sections.

Anyone know of any good study materials where they break the IM questions into their smaller subsections?

does USMLE world break them down?

yes, usmleworld breaks up IM by subspecialty. what's annoying about them though is that they don't break up Ob and Gyn. i would have wanted to review/do questions on those separately... but i guess i can't have it all...

by the way does anyone know what "GIT" sub-specialty is on the usmleworld?
