Please someone explain the difference among the Internal Medicine textbooks such as Davidsons, Harrison, Kumar and Clarke, Mayo Clinic, Cecil, etc. Which one is easiest to read and understand. Which textbook do you use?

I usually used Harrison's as a reference. I didn't buy it (yet, but probably should at some point), as it is available online through my med school library. I believe Cecil and Harrison's are considered the "classics" and are both excellent.

I've only used Harrison's. I can't compare it to the others. I like Harrison's so I didn't feel the need to look for something else.
