International credits??

If I have international credits that really don't help in the pre-req's ,should I include them in my application?
I included them the last cycle I applied but I'm not sure if it will really help?

Don't they only ask for credits completed at US and/or Canadian accredited schools?
I don't think they take any credits completed at any other foreign institutes. I might be wrong though!
