Having an International Fellowship experience in your bag can be too useful to develop a career! I got some help from the net- i am putting up the links-

The main problem is usually with getting the Medical Registration in the country you want a fellowship in! the rules are varied for all the countries- and toughest to get in is Canada, and USA- I think! as I have done my Studies in India- and i have to face exams to prove myself in almost all the developed countries! Any ideas about that?????
