Try the Robert Gordon Uni in Scotland. The prog is actually a CAPTE accredited dpt prog. I think it also has a phd option wid an additional 2 and a half yrs. Pretty cool prog. U get to experience one of the most histpric european cities too. From what I've heard, its quite competitive tho.
