Hello Everyone,
I would like to know if any of you have ever done an overseas rotation during your residency? A lot of the programs that I have and will interview with will allow an overseas rotation. Do you know any good hospitals one could do a rotation with. I heard Autralia has a good one? Any information on this would be great. Thanks!

I've been sort of interested myself, but haven't seriously looked into it yet. I know that our program does offer several opportunities to travel overseas. The next trip planned is to Haiti. I'm sure there are lots of opportunities no matter which program you go to as long as you have elective time. Not exactly overseas, but we also have a rotation in Hawaii doing Occupational Medicine and the condo is provided. 🙂
